High heat. First saute some garlic in vegetable oil. Make sure the garlic does not burn. |
Prepare your ingredients: Onions, green onions, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, turkey, fresh tomatoes. |
After the garlic has been sufficiently cooked into the oil, start sauteing the vegetables. Make sure not to put the cheese in. |

Pour the egg into the pan on top of the vegetables. |
Top it off with the mozzarella. Finally close the lid and cook each side for 1.5-2 minutes. |
