Korean BBQ Style Drumsticks Topped with Thinly Sliced Garlic

Korean BBQ Style Chicken Legs with Garlic Bits

(the pictured chicken legs are not cooked yet)

tried cooking this today, and turned out amazing

ingredients:
crushed garlic. not chopped but crushed.: 4 little thingies
2 chicken legs of course
soysauce 3 tablespoons
sesame oil 1teaspoon
sesame seeds
black pepper 1teaspoon
sugar 3/4 tablespoon

instructions:
1) rip the skin off the legs. make cuts into the skin to allow the sauce to be absorbed. more cuts, the better. i basically sabotage my chicken legs.
2) mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black peppers (be liberal with the black peppers. about 1 teaspoon) in a little bowl. add squished garlic and mix again
3) pour the sauce onto the chicken legs. gently massage the sauce into the meat.
4) lay it down on a tin foil all pretty and put thinly cut garlic pieces on top of it. the thin pieces will become crispier in the oven, adding a nice contrast to the soft chicken.
5) sprinkle sesame seeds on top
6) let it sit for about 40 minutes.
7) put the oven up about 400
8) put the chicken legs in, and lower the temperature to about 300 immediately.
9) cook for about 30-45 minutes. push the meat up to see if the inside has been cooked.
10) IT'S READY TO EAT NOW!
11) make sure you turn the oven off afterwards. i forgot to....
